
I have spent most of my life pursuing a variety of outdoor activities from recreational skiing (cross country, downhill and telemark), rock climbing and hiking to cycling, kayaking, running a half marathon and 10 years of classical ballet training. I have always enjoyed a physical challenge. These activities have also given me a greater understanding of the human body, how it moves, and how it recovers.
Adding nutritional therapy to my practice has allowed me to help my clients recover from chronic pain and injuries more quickly. Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of clients from children to the elderly. The combined massage and nutrition wellness approach I use has proven to achieve better and longer lasting results than using just one, single approach.
